Using the right equipment

If you want to pursue a hobby it should not be frustrating. With cooking it means you need the right pots, pans, knifes, cutting boards, etc.
I either use Carbon Steel (first two of the left) or Cast Iron. We proper seasoning, which you basically get just by using these pans, nothing sticks to them. Stir Fry requires really high heat at times, and these are perfect. Stay away from non-stick pans. A little bit of oil and high heat destroys them in one use.
