The idea of for you our customer to learn how to cook a delicious Thai meal, so that when we leave you can easily reproduce by yourself. As such you will do most of the cooking with assist and guidance from us. Consider ourselves as your su-chefs.  Off-course if you would rather just watch that is also a possibility but it is a very different experience and you don't get learn that much.

Cooking in a foreign kitchen is not too easy. It is depends a lot on what equipment is available. ​This is the challenge we rise to. We aspire to teach you with what you have in your own kitchen. If you would like a little bit of a boost we are more than happy to help purchase some key cook-ware (please read the blog for some examples).
